Party planning can be so hectic especially if you’re looking for something different to do with your little ones. Not to worry, we’ll take the stress away and give you the opportunity to have a party or event at Play-tropolis, a children's role play centre in Wolverhampton!
We offer two different packages, which are shared venue parties or exclusive hire, fit for every occasion.

You will also receive a voucher for the birthday child for a return visit.
Pricing
Exclusive hire is £420 for 2 hours, if you would like to add additional hours it is £210 per hour.
This includes a cold grazing board containing sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks and unlimited juice is provided for up to 20 children included in the price of hire. Or you can bring your own catering on site for our exclusive hire option, we will always provide unlimited juice for the children.
If you have more than 20 children there will be a charge of £8 per child for catering if you would like our catering.
50% deposit is required when making the booking, we cannot hold dates.
Timing
Parties start at your selected time, 2 hours of hire is inclusive of play and use of the party room.
Guests
We have a maximum capacity of 60 guests, this includes children and adults.
The maximum amount of children is 30 to play comfortably in the play area.
Playtime Rules
Our area is for children under 8 years old.
No climbing or jumping, children need to be supervised at all times.
Food and Drink
Our exclusive hire includes a cold grazing board containing sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks and unlimited juice is provided for up to 20 children included in the price of hire. Or you can bring your own catering on site for our exclusive hire option, we will always provide unlimited juice for the children.
If you have more than 20 children there will be a charge of £8 per child for catering if you would like our catering.
There are no reductions for self-catering.
Decoration and Cleanup
You can decorate 30 minutes prior to your party, please do not arrive prior to this unless previously arranged as we have parties before and after. We handle cleanup, except for balloons and decorations these need to be taken home with you. We ask you to leave promptly following your party so we can clean up ready for our next party.
Birthday Cake
We’ll bring the cake, sing “Happy Birthday”, and cut the cake to make the moment extra special.
Final Payment
The final payment will be taken on the day of the party or you can make it prior to the party via payment link.

Guests
Minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15 children.
Each child can bring one adult, birthday child gets two. Up to 6 extra adults allowed.
Other children attending that are accompanying invited children need tickets these can be booked online.

Shared Hire is designed for smaller parties we cannot accept more than 15 children.

Our pricing is £7.75 per child, plus VAT, making it accessible for schools. We'd love to host your students for an enriching session of learning and fun through role-play.
