1. Tickets
1.1 All tickets are non-refundable and 24 hours’ notice is required to change your session.
1.2 Children’s tickets are for a 90-minute session only at the agreed time. Ticket prices are for admission of the play area and do not include food or drink.
1.3 Priority will be given to prebooked ticket holders we cannot guarantee entry for walk ins.
1.4 Customers who have pre booked will receive email confirmation you will need this when you attend your session.
1.5 We reserve the right to close in an event of an emergency we will offer the option of the to transfer your session another day or a refund.
2. Play sessions
2.1 We operate 2-4 play sessions per day, 7 days a week.
2.2 Each session runs for 90 minutes you can attend 10 minutes prior to your session.
2.3 Children must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over we cannot take responsibility for your children.
2.4 Between each play session we will close for 45 minutes to clean the play area no customers are allowed during this time.
3. Play area Rules
We want all of our guests to have a great time so please follow these rules.
3.1 No shoes are allowed within the play area and socks must be worn if you do not have socks these can be purchased.
3.2 Children must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over we cannot take responsibility for your children.
3.3 No external food or drink to be consumed on site and No food or drink should be taken into the play area.
3.4 Any aggressive behaviour or language will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and you will not be refunded.
3.5 Please report any injuries or accidents to a staff member.
3.6 Please do not remove any equipment from the play area.
3.7 Prams are not permitted and must be left in our pram station.
3.8 If your child has been ill, please reschedule your visit for 2 days after their symptoms have gone.
3.9 No animals are allowed on-site except for assistance animals.
4. Security and Privacy
4.1 We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belonging.
4.2 Please only take photos of your own children for personal use. We will only share any photos of children playing on our social media, website or promotional material with prior written consent from parents/carers.
4.3 CCTV is in operation throughout the building.
4.4 All personal data collected will only be used to process bookings we do not sell or share personal data to anyone or any third parties.
Party Terms and Conditions
1. Children must be supervised by an adult aged 18 or over we cannot take responsibility for your children.
2. A 50% deposit will be required when booking.
3. All deposits are non-refundable we are able to transfer to another date but a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before the party date.
4. Catering will be supplied by Play-Tropolis please give us 7 days’ notice before the party date of any dietary requirements.
5. Parties must end at the allocated time or £10 per 10 minutes will be charged.
6. We reserve the right to close in an event of an emergency we will offer the option of the to transfer your session another day or a refund.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your purchase and use of digital Play-tropolis gift cards.
2. These gift card terms apply to pounds sterling gift cards purchased online through the Play-tropolis website (www.play-tropolis.co.uk)
3. Play-tropolis reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Play-tropolis gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Play-tropolis gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Play-tropolis gift cards remain the property of Play-tropolis who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
4. The value of your Play-tropolis gift card can be redeemed at Play-tropolis or online at www.play-tropolis.co.uk provided the gift card is redeemed within the redemption period.
By way of example, a Play-tropolis gift card purchased shall have a redemption period of 24 months from the date of issue. You may redeem your UK purchased gift card in Ireland provided the gift card is redeemed during this 24 month redemption period.
5. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.
6. The maximum amount that an individual Play-tropolis gift card can hold is £1000; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.
7. You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry by contacting us directly.
Validity
8. Your Play-tropolis gift card is valid for a period of 24 months from the date of activation which will be the date of the gift-card purchase following which they expire automatically. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
9. A Gift Card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. A Gift Card may be topped up with additional funds provided the gift card is still valid and has not yet expired.
10. Gift Cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of any purchase.
11. Only one gift card may be used per online order.
Creating a Play-tropolis gift card
14. For refunds where part payment was taken from a gift card, the refund will be credited to your gift card in the first instance.
15. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Play-tropolis gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Play-tropolis gift card in the first instance.
16. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Play-tropolis gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used by you (i.e. debit/credit card or cash).
Data Protection
17. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy.
Governing Law and jurisdiction
18. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
